With experience in strength and conditioning, mobility, rehab, and dance-based movement, I create personalized programs focused on functional strength, flexibility, and long-term wellness. Every body is different, and I design workouts that empower you, not intimidate you.

Movement has always been my passion. From dancing to personal training, I’ve learned that fitness and flow go hand in hand. I help people recover from injuries, reach fitness goals, and feel better in their bodies, all through a holistic approach that blends strength, mobility, dance, stretching, and recovery.
